Designing your spaces
Robert M. Swedroe Architects & Planners was founded in Miami Beach in 1974 with a commitment to designing innovative buildings of uncompromising quality.
Soon after, founder Robert Swedroe began to focus on specializing in multi-family residential design. On the forefront of innovation, the award-winning firm introduced Florida’s first known major direct entry elevator building – Bal Harbour Tower – in 1988. Bal Harbour Tower set another revolutionary precedent in condominium design as all of the residential units were designed as what came to be known as “through-view” or “sunrise– sunset” units.
The firm continues to be on the leading edge of luxury multi-family residential design with projects both large and small around the country.
We take pride in the fact that we have a talented Team of dedicated and highly skilled Architects, Designers, Production Specialists, and Administrative Staff. We remain committed to making each and every project a success through creative and innovative design and attention to detail.
